1. Product features and uses

This product is suitable for automatic control systems, computer distributed control systems, and automated control systems used in the power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and other industries with AC U0/U of 300/500V, as control lines and for testing instruments and meters used with electronic computers.

Second: Product Implementation Standard

Q/CL04-2003 (equivalent to British standard BS5308)

Flame retardant performance test is carried out according to GB12666-90 standard.

Three: Using Properties

1. Rated voltage of AC: U0/U 300/500KV

2. Maximum operating temperature: Polyethylene insulation shall not exceed 70℃

Cross-linked polyethylene insulation 90℃

Low-smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant polyolefin 70℃

Low-smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant cross-linked polyolefins at 90℃ and 125℃

3. Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40℃, non-fixed laying -15℃

4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0℃.

5. Allowable bending radius of cables: minimum 6 times the outer diameter of the cable for non-armored cables

The minimum distance for copper tape screened or steel tape armoured cable is 12 times the cable's outside diameter.
