1. Product Introduction

This product is suitable for electronic computers and automated connections with a rated voltage of 500V or less, and has high anti-interference requirements. The cable ground line core insulation uses K-type B-class low-density polyethylene with anti-oxidation performance. Polyethylene has high insulation resistance, good withstand voltage, small dielectric constant, and little influence from temperature and frequency changes, which not only meets the requirements for transmission performance, but also ensures the service life of the cable.

To reduce mutual crosstalk and external interference between circuits, the cable adopts a shielding structure. The shielding requirements of the cable are to use different methods according to different occasions: twisted pair combination shielding, twisted pair combination cable overall shielding, twisted pair combination shielding followed by overall shielding, etc.

Shielding materials include round copper wire, copper tape, aluminum tape/plastic composite tape. Shielding has good insulation performance between shielding pairs, and the cable will not affect the transmission quality of the signal when a potential difference occurs between the shielding pairs during use.
