Description
I. Product Features and Applications
This product features low capacitance and low inductance, excellent shielding and anti-interference performance. The special high-temperature computer cable uses imported fluoroplastics and fluororubber, allowing for long-term use in environments ranging from -40°C to 260°C. It possesses superior characteristics such as non-flammability and resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and water. The cable structure is specifically designed for intrinsically safe explosion-proof circuits, suitable not only for cable tray installation but also for cable trench installation and direct burial. This special high-temperature intrinsically safe computer cable is professionally reliable. It is suitable for use as a transmission line in distributed control systems and automated detection systems with explosion-proof protection requirements and other harsh environments, offering excellent explosion-proof safety performance.

Flame retardant performance conforms to GB12666-90 standard.
III. Usage Characteristics
1. AC Rated Voltage: U0/U 300/500KV
2. Operating Temperature: Polyethylene insulation: 70℃
Cross-linked polyethylene insulation: 90℃
Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin: 70℃
Low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cross-linked polyolefin: 90℃ and 125℃ (two options)
Perfluoroethylene propylene (F46) insulation: 200℃
Imported soluble polytetrafluoroethylene (PFA): 260℃
3. Ambient Temperature: PVC sheath: Fixed installation -40℃, non-fixed installation -15℃
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheath: Fixed installation -60℃, non-fixed installation -25℃
4. Cable installation temperature should not be lower than 0℃ (high-temperature type: not lower than -25℃).
5. Permissible bending radius of cables: 6 times the outer diameter for unarmored cables
12 times the outer diameter for copper-shielded or steel-armored cables
