Description
1. Product features and uses
This product is suitable for transmission lines in automatic control or monitoring systems, electrical instrument connection, etc., with a rated voltage of AC 450/750V and below.
Low-smoke halogen-free polyolefins have low smoke generation and no halogen acid gas release during combustion, belonging to environmental-friendly cables, suitable for occasions with special fire protection requirements.

Three: Using Properties
1. Rated voltage for AC: U0/U 450/750KV
2. Maximum operating temperature: PVC (PE) insulation not to exceed 70℃
Cross-linked polyethylene insulation 90℃
Low-smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant polyolefin 70℃
Low-smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant cross-linked polyolefins at 90℃ and 125℃
3. Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40℃, non-fixed laying -15℃
4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0℃.
5. Allowable bending radius of cables: minimum 6 times the outer diameter of the cable for non-armored cables
Copper tape shielding or steel tape armoring cable minimum is 12 times the cable outside diameter

Six: Main Technical Indicators
1. The direct current resistance of the finished cable conductor (Ω/km.20℃) shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3 in Appendix A.
2. Insulation resistance and insulation nominal thickness shall conform to the provisions of the following table:

3. The finished cable shall withstand a 3.0 KV/5 min. alternating voltage test without breakdown.
