Description
1. Product features and uses
This product is suitable for the connecting wire of electrical instruments and the transmission wire of automatic control system with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below, which has the properties of oil resistance, water resistance, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance and various corrosive gases, aging resistance, non-flammable, etc., suitable for metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical and other industries.

Flame retardant and fire resistance characteristics tests are conducted in accordance with GB12666-90 standard.
Three: Using Properties
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 450/750KV
2. Maximum operating temperature: Polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) insulation not exceeding 200℃
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) soluble insulation not exceeding 260℃
3. Minimum ambient temperature: PVC sheath: fixed laying -40℃, non-fixed laying -15℃
Fluoroplastic and silicone rubber sheathing: fixed laying -60℃, non-fixed laying -20℃
4. The temperature for cable installation and laying should not be lower than 0℃ (not lower than -25℃ for fluoroplastic, silicone rubber and nitrile sheathed cables).
5. Allowable bending radius of cables: For non-armored cables, the minimum is 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
Copper tape shielding or steel tape armoring minimum 12 times the cable outside diameter
Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cables shall be at least 8 times the cable outer diameter.

Six: Main Technical Indicators
1. DC resistance of the conductor of finished cable (in accordance with GB3956) referred to Table 3 in Appendix A
Insulation resistance shall not be less than 500MΩ/KM at 2.20℃
3. The finished cable shall withstand a 3.0 KV/5 min alternating voltage test without breakdown.
